In view of the recent global coronavirus epidemic situation is still high, in China serval local coronavirus infection cases occur, the epidemic prevention and control situation is grim. In order to cooperate with the deployment of epidemic prevention and control in various regions and effectively ensure the health and life safety of participants, after soliciting opinions from many parties and careful consideration, the conference organizing committee decided to change the "2021 TPC Meeting" originally scheduled to be held in Xi'an ZTE hotel on August 28 to be held in the form of online meeting. The meeting will review the manuscript of ICTA 2021 and hold the preparatory meeting for the formal conference.

4.     Purpose of the Meeting: Review the manuscript and hold the preparatory meeting for the formal conference of ICTA 2021

5.     Review Scope: RFIC and MMIC, Analog and Mixed-Signal ICs, Digital ICs and Memory, Wireline ICs, Modeling, CAD and Testing, Device and Process Technologies, Packaging and Hybrid Integration, Sensors and Applications, IC Based Applications, Emerging Technologies and Applications, Intelligent Robots.
